Muscle Activation Workshop:
Taking a new look at an aging body. We will be learning how to see
where our bodies are breaking down and how that breakdown is
adding to or causing our pain and decreasing our ability to move
without restriction.
This class will give answers to questions like:
Why does my pain come back?
How long should it take to get out of pain?
What exercises should I be doing? Why?
This workshop will teach you to how to help yourself feel better and
how keep you moving at your best!
The workshop will be limited to 11 participants for maximum teacher-
student interaction.
